The Humboldt Community Well-being Project 2026 is an initiative designed to better understand the challenges, pressures and priorities facing people across Humboldt County. The project aims to hear from at least 500 residents throughout the county by the end of June 2026 to create a snapshot of well-being in the region. The findings will be used to create the Humboldt Well-being Report 2026, helping shine a light on the issues local people are dealing with and to direct where community resources could focus attention.
The Humboldt Community Well-being Project survey explores topics including the most challenging issues people are facing, what is helping them most, what would make the biggest positive difference to their lives, and the availability or lack of community support.
Residents are being encouraged not only to complete the survey themselves but also to share it with friends, family, colleagues, employers, community groups, networking organizations and local businesses. The survey is completely anonymous and takes about three minutes to complete.
